Arctic Hunter Sri Lanka 1 Year Company Warranty
Thank you for choosing our bag shop for your luggage needs. We are committed to providing you with high-quality products and excellent customer service. As part of our commitment to customer satisfaction, we offer a 1-year company warranty on all our bags.
Warranty Coverage: Our 1-year company warranty covers ONLY MANUFACTURING DEFECTS found in the materials or workmanship of the bag.
Warranty Limitations: Please note that our warranty does not cover damages resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidents. Specifically, the following limitations apply:

Physical Damages: Any damages caused by accidents, mishandling, or misuse of the bag are not covered. This includes but is not limited to tears, scratches, or punctures to the fabric or other components of the bag.

Common Wear and Tear: Issues arising from regular use over time, such as wear on the bag straps from heavy loads, or zipper issues due to improper use, are not covered by the warranty.

Third-party Alterations: Any alterations or modifications made to the bag by a third party that result in damages are not covered.

Loss of Personal Items: Our warranty does not cover any loss of personal items stored inside the bag.
Warranty Claim Process: If you believe your bag has a manufacturing defect covered by our warranty, please contact our customer service team within the warranty period. You may be asked to provide proof of purchase and images of the defect. Once your claim is validated, we will repair or replace the defective part or bag, at our discretion.
Exclusions: Please note that this warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and is non-transferable. It does not cover damages resulting from improper care, accidents, misuse, abuse, normal wear and tear, or any other conditions beyond our control.

Arctic Hunter Sri Lanka 3 Year Checking Warranty
With our 3-year checking warranty, you have the opportunity to thoroughly inspect the bag for any issues within the first 7 days of use. This warranty is valid for three years from the date of purchase. For this warranty to stay active, the Customer must notify Arctic Hunter Sri Lanka after 1 year of purchase, that the product is yet to be used.
